Biography

Shaun Roedel is the Senior Vice President and Change Leader of Manufactured Products for Oceaneering. One of his most recent flagship change initiatives was to design and rollout a global Project Management Center of Excellence for almost 1000 Project Managers. This included 1) creating a professional development and career advancement plan advancing Project Managers through multiple levels to Project Leaders and 3) establishing global best practices to achieve excellence to meet their ISO 9000 standards.

Through leading initiatives to implement subsea and space technologies or responding to some of the most horrific natural disasters, Shaun has gained a special expertise in leading organizations through some of the most uncertain times. He’s learned the fundamentals of what works and what doesn’t and he’ll share what he’s finding that works now for his global organizations.
