Biography

Elise Stevens is an experienced project delivery professional specialising in the people and process aspects of change. Elise is passionate about promoting the talents of women in project management and STEM.

Her #celebratingwomeninprojectmanagement initiative has brought together a community of people showcasing the talents of women in the field of project management. 

Elise has been invited to share her expertise as a guest blogger, panellist, podcast host and guest on the future skills required by project managers and improving project success rates.

Elise’s work draws on her extensive corporate experience in successfully delivering change initiatives and supporting people through the change journey. Her approaches are based on theory and practical experience, all designed to be pragmatic and adapted to the individual needs of the organisation and people who work there.
