Biography

Dee grew up in North Alabama, married his high school sweetheart, has 2 daughters and an awesome son-in-law. Along the way he has lead a wide variety of organizations: Non-Profit, Civic, Market Place and has consulted with leaders from all walks of life.

Being a leader is both demanding and rewarding, so you need all the help you can get, especially if you’re just starting out. When you work with Dee you have the  advantage of his 25+ years of leadership experience to learn how to become a high-capacity leader. Dee has a weekly podcast where he talks to all-star leaders or shares what he has learned over his career.
